The workshop was incredibly immersive, and I was impressed by the level of involvement demonstrated by the facilitators. They had a clear understanding of the workshop’s objectives and knew precisely how to guide the participants through the process. The combination of the improv theatre session and the Lego workshop was both unique and highly effective.

What truly stood out to me was the impact it had on the students and interns who participated. It was evident that they gained valuable leadership skills during the workshop. I’m sure the interns left the workshop with increased confidence in their abilities. Moreover, they seemed to thoroughly enjoy the experience, which is a testament to the engaging nature of the workshops.

Two aspects, in particular, I found most valuable: first, the active involvement of the children at every stage, which fostered a sense of ownership and engagement, and second, the tangible enhancement of their leadership skills.

I believe this workshop will have a lasting positive effect on the participants, and I want to express my appreciation to the entire team for organizing such a meaningful event.

I look forward to any future opportunities to work with your team in similar endeavors.

I was at a low point in my life and was desperately looking for direction, peace and most importantly guidance. It was around this time that, by pure luck I came across the Warriors Path trip to Base camp. I jumped at the opportunity, to get out, clear my head and in the process challenge myself. Vikram’s take on navigating an equally unpredictable journey, – life and his jovial nature and immense wisdom pertaining to life-skills, equipped me with the clarity, wisdom and courage to transform myself, into a proverbial warrior, ready to take on anything life has to throw my way. I highly recommend this program to those looking for a purpose, direction and just an alternative way / process to think out of the box.

I stumbled into the 4th edition of Warrior’s Path almost by accident and am so grateful that I did. I went into it with no particular agenda except curiosity, and perhaps questions even I wasn’t aware of. I think we all have those, and tend to block them out in the day-to-day. Vikram Badhwar, who conducted the programme, is a brilliant outdoor experiential educator and a gifted storyteller, with a warmth that effortlessly draws people out. The programme is designed to commune with nature, each other and most importantly, ourselves, through shared adventures, discussion and introspection. This isn’t therapy, and it won’t change your life. But it will help you drown out the noise and gain clarity of mind. I came away feeling grounded and re-centred. Navel-gazing in a stunning, peaceful location, with a healthy dose of adrenalin, and time for stillness – that’s how I’d sum it up. I highly recommend it – you don’t need to be a ‘warrior’ or looking for direction in some aspect of your life; you don’t need an agenda. If you’re a person with a degree of self-awareness and a desire for growth, you will benefit from this.

We had the pleasure of attending both Theatre of the Self 1.0 and 2.0 workshops facilitated by Blessin Varkey, Malati Vasudeva and Vikram Badhwar during our leadership offsites in 2022 and 2023. These sessions were pivotal in our leadership journey, offering a unique, immersive experience to explore self-awareness, collaboration, and leadership skills through innovative exercises.

The Theatre of the Self 1.0 session in 2022 focused on building self-awareness as leaders, honing collaboration, and cultivating empathy and a growth mindset. The methodologies used helped participants deeply reflect on their personality types, communication styles, and their alignment with scrum values. The session drove home important lessons like the significance of collaboration, embracing failure, partnership, and appreciating others. The workshop created a lasting impact, with participants averaging a feedback score of 4.3.

In 2023, Theatre of the Self 2.0 evolved these learnings further, emphasizing agility, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven leadership. Interactive exercises like One Voice, Mind Meld, and Status helped us enhance team coordination, empathetic leadership, and creative collaboration. This day-long workshop also led to the creation of the Digitas Cultural Charter, which captured our shared organizational values and goals.

Blessin, Malati and Vikram’s expertise in experiential education and their creative approach made these sessions memorable and transformational. Their ability to facilitate meaningful conversations, create a safe space for exploration, and push participants toward authentic leadership made a significant impact on us as individuals and as a team.

Improv has always been both a stretch and growth zone activity for me. While it has provided many insights over the years, many-a-times the pressure to be funny, witty, creative etc. makes me nervous, and scared.

However, during the Syngrity session the vibe changed from a panic zone to an energised mode for me. The style of the facilitators and the safe space they created released SO much of the self-inflicted pressure I had. There was a penny drop moment for me – I don’t need to be funny, witty, creative etc. etc. etc., all I need is to be true to myself and that will release not only the self-inflicted pressure but also contribute to the resonance amongst others. The gift of being true is simple and easy and SO very doable in the drama of life!

Thank you for this powerful breakthrough and re-introducing, re-minding and re-inforcing the magic of the Yes, and mindset for me!

We engaged with Syngrity for a workshop that addressed several critical areas relevant to our evolving organizational needs. From the onset, the methodology employed by Vikram and his team was both engaging and insightful. They balanced experiential learning with reflective exercises, which allowed participants to not only grasp key concepts but also practice them in real-time. The workshop challenged some ingrained practices and provided practical tools for leaders to respond more thoughtfully and inclusively.

The trainers adeptly facilitated discussions that led to a shared understanding of the importance of individual and collective responsibility.

One of the standout elements of the workshop was the focus on empathy, compassion, and active listening. The trainers demonstrated exceptional skill in creating an environment where participants felt comfortable sharing and engaging in deep conversations by using Role Plays and Theatre of the Self techniques. Their ability to model positive intervention techniques and guide the group through meaningful dialogue left a lasting impression on our team so much so that the group created a Culture Charter for the firm!

I would highly recommend Syngrity to any organization looking to enhance leadership effectiveness, promote accountability, and foster a culture of empathy and positive intervention.

PRCAI engaged with Syngrity for a ‘Theatre of the Self ‘workshop and invited Human Resources leaders from several PR consultancies. Vikram Badhwar and Blessin Varkey did a phenomenal job in creatively leveraging the art of action and conversations to break the ice within this group. The ‘Theatre of the Self’ workshop helped them build familiarity amongst themselves and open up to each other to acknowledge that they all had a common situation to resolve. Team exercises, clever questions, and situation analysis, through the experiential workshop, made that possible, and was a good step in the direction.

The learning tools adapted by Vikram, are superlative. The drum circle, he delivered for us had a great balance of fun and learning. His integrated music approach to sharing key organisational messages was delivered brilliantly and very well received by the participants. Vikram is a highly energetic facilitator whose commitment to his clients is truly inspiring- he delivered three of our programs with an almost broken leg 🙂 Great Job!

The team at Syngrity and the man at the forefront – Vikram Badhwar – are a revelation to all who experience their energy!

Syngrity conducted a team building workshop which was Experiential Learning in its truest sense – learning through reflection on doing. What sets Syngrity apart is the theatrical laced approach that they bring to their program. And Vikram, being the director of this beautifully scripted play, orchestrates this ‘musical’, if you will, by unifying various well-crafted elements which hit a chord with your ‘inner dialogue.’ His undeniable stage presence and command on his subject is truly impressive. There is never a dull moment throughout the program and you sense the energy multiplying as you go along, be it – while playing the Djembe or the Maracca shaker, while enacting ‘improvisations’ on stage or while choreographing a musical piece as a team!
There is a reason why experiential learning is associated with higher education and lifelong learning, particularly with regard to adult education. Syngrity would re-affirm your belief in the process and the outcome of it.

The take-aways are several. The messaging is simple. And the only prep you need – a learner’s mind!
