WHAT IS DESIGN THINKING?

OUR PROCESS
The Design Thinking Workshops adopt the DOUBLE DIAMOND process which focuses on a DISCOVER, DESIGN, DEVELOP & DELIVER framework. Our expert facilitators prioritize the need for empathy and human-centered processes to ensure that participants come up with the best design and user experience for their customers.
We offer introductory workshops to Design Thinking (One day, In-person) in which our facilitators take participants through the entire process of understanding customer requirements, discovering the problems, defining the requirement, framing, prototyping, testing and implementing solutions via a predetermined case study, as well as more immersive Design Thinking workshops (a 3-4 month journey) that center around solutioning an organization-specific real-time problem statement.
